Bleach Bypass gets its name from a darkroom chemical process that skipped the bleaching step. The results are an interesting desaturated look with a punch of contrast. The filter also offers a tinting option. I find this filter works well for urban landscapes and street scenes, although it tends to be a touch strong. Working with the Opacity sliders and blending options help shape Bleach Bypass to suit your image.
