Sky Replacement With Textures In ON1 Photo RAW

Last month I did a sky replacement video using Layers mirror reflections. One commenter highlighted the same is possible using the Texture filter. And that’s true! The technique may be easier if you are not comfortable working with layers. There are a couple of caveats thought.

• A texture can be flipped, rotated, and scaled. However, it cannot be moved or shifted up or down.

• The technique works best when the horizon line is in the middle of the photo. A horizontal flip with a centered horizon makes a natural, realistic reflection.
