A Clean Sky Vignette In 2 Minutes

Creating a vignette in the sky can easily spill into mountains, trees, or buildings — and that’s usually where things fall apart. In this Lightroom tutorial, I’ll show you a simple, elegant way to create a perfect sky vignette using a radial gradient intersected with a Sky mask.

It takes just a few clicks, keeps the adjustment exactly where it belongs, and preserves the natural balance of the scene. This is one of my go-to techniques when I want to subtly guide the viewer’s eye without anyone noticing the edit.
