Luminar 4 Looks are automatically imported into Luminar AI during install. But they are squirreled away in the Templates area. Look in the My Collection area in the Legacy Templates to find them. I’ll show you.

This is a one-time import done only at Luminar AI install time. Looks added to Luminar 4 after installing Luminar AI do not get synced. There are also no options or facilities to move older Looks into Luminar AI post-install.
