5 Tips From The Oregon Workshop

My last workshop of 2019 concluded last week. I hosted a great group of photographers in Oregon - it was a very fun week. After each workshop, I take a little time and reflect on the themes that emerged. These are 5 things that stood out to me as key takeaways.

  1. Always bring your camera

  2. Photographing in the fog is challenging and rewarding

  3. Pay attention to the edges of the frame (border patrol)

  4. Crops can be transformative

  5. Use white caps for white balance
