Sun Gold Point, La Jolla

Last weekend I had the pleasure of spending the day with my buddy, Martin. He had been wanting to spend a day photographing San Diego for weeks now. We had waited and postponed a meetup until finally, the forecast called for partly cloudy skies.

After our sunrise shoot in La Jolla, we popped down to Sun Gold Point. My favorite light at this location happens a little shy of an hour after sunrise. You can see why the point has the name it does.
