In The Field: A Simple Tripod Tip #312

I was treated to a surprise sunrise during a visit to Encinitas, California. And that was serendipitous since I had trouble framing up the stairwell I’d planned on photographing. I also reminded myself of a simple tripod tip during the shoot, a tip that helps avoid unnecessarily pushing salt and grit into your tripod’s leg extensions.
