An Oil Painting Look With Textures

A faded painterly look works well for a mostly cloudy day at the beach. I chose muted greens and blues during stylization as well as a matte curve to create the vintage look. I finished it off with a texture resembling an old, cracked oil painting.

I used several of the texture blending techniques from my Texture Blending in ON1 Layers video course. This course is also part of the soon to be released ON1 Photo Kit: Pro Landscapes bundle, available from ON1. Head over to ON1 for a sneak peek of the course and a free sampler from the bundle.
