In The Field: Sacrificing Sleep For Golden Hour #158

Back in July, I had a family vacation to the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. It wasn’t a photo trip by any stretch of the phrase. Nevertheless, I was determined to get a golden hour photo at the canyon. I did it, I paid the price in sleep deprivation, and I’m unquestionably happy that I did.
