Mini Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon

I've been in a photographic rut this week. It started off good. I made a brief escape from the daily grind to the beaches of Pacifica, CA to take a few photos. Since then, it's been a rough week. When I do finally surface from the demands of the day, I've been completely knackered, unmotivated and uninspired.

There was a spark last evening which was quickly... overcome by events, shall we say. I'm hopeful tonight will prove better. What do you do when you're uninspired? Listen to music? Look at other people's work? Indulge in a favorite food?

Above is a shot of the Grand Canyon I took in the late 1990s. As I look at it now, it's like a miniature model.
