On The Road To Julian, California - In The Field #511
The travels of weekly life put me to the east of San Diego for half a day, so I took advantage of that with a road trip to Julian, California. Julian is known for its apples and is a popular place in the autumn months during the harvest.
I was more interested in the surrounding landscapes. The forecast called for partly cloudy skies and was excited the day before my trip. However, nature had its own plans for the day. A light rain lasted all morning as did the fog that hugged the countryside. Julian was chilly and gray. Nevertheless, there were photo opportunities to be found. Bad weather doesn’t necessarily mean bad photos - just different ones.
