Calm Waters In Carlsbad

I took this photo a little more than a year ago. Sunset attempted a last gasp, but the oranges couldn't cut through the cloud cover at the horizon. The low light make long exposures more or less a fact of shooting that day. Gentle tides smoothed out nicely after 15 seconds (no filter needed).

Technical Details:
- Nikon D7000 w/ Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6
- f/16 @ 18mm, 15 sec, ISO 100
- Processed in Lightroom
