Aimless In San Diego

I took an aimless drive last Saturday morning. It was early. I didn't know where I was going, I just started driving. My brain was in a fog, somewhere between a purposeful outing to make photos and a completely clueless drive to nowhere.

I wound up on Shelter Island, looking back at the distant skyline of San Diego. The sun rose was about to rise. I took exactly one photo. Sometimes, you don't feel like picking up the camera. And sometimes you do it anyway.
