A Month Of San Diego - Downtown Hyatt

The entire month of May I'm sharing a photo a day from around my city, San Diego, California. Shooting in your backyard is the best way to improve your photography. I hope you enjoy this month with me and just a sampling of the photo opportunities San Diego has to offer.

What about your city? Share some pointers to shots of your home town in the comments!

Day 8 of 31, Downtown Hyatt

If you like the city scene, staying downtown puts you in the thick of it. In all my visits to San Diego prior to moving here, I never did stay downtown. I should have. The harbor, the Gaslamp District, and Seaport Village are all great spots to shoot photos and people watch.
