The Back Side of Broken Hill

Since I did the In The Field episode at Broken Hill, I've been back several times. With each visit, my composition gets fine tuned. I'm still seeking "that shot"... the picture I have in my head when the clouds are just so, the sun rises at just the right angle, and the light on the hill is golden, soft, and warm. I still haven't gotten it yet.

As February continues to pass, the angle of the rising sun shifts more and more to due east... not the angle I want. It seems I'll be waiting until next winter to try again.
