Grand Canyon, The Film Days

I took this photo back in 1997 with my first SLR, a Canon Rebel something-or-other. I barely knew how to operate the camera. First hand proof of the adage... if you want to make great photos, take picture of great subjects.

The day after, I hiked down into the canyon. Long, strenuous, and very memorable.

The Grand Canyon is a place I really need to revisit. It's been nearly 15 years since I've been. I think I'll need to do something about that in 2015.
