Ocean Fingers

I took this one or two weekends ago after a sunrise hunt in La Jolla. Sunrise didn't materialize, and the surf was relatively calm. Every now and again, the waves would conspire to make a sizable crest. When I look at this one, it reminds me of a hand closing to grab a hold of something.

- Nikon D7000 w/ Nikkor 18-200mm lens
- Single exposure f/5.6 at 1/10 sec
- Processed in Aperture and Perfect Photo Suite 9
