Rocks Along Sunset Cliffs

Conditions were near perfect last weekend at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego... I'd been waiting months for the tides, weather conditions, and my availability to all intersect. I came away with a sunset photo I'm quite happy with. I'll be putting together an In The Field episode on this photo session soon. Watch for it in a few weeks.

After capturing photos of the sunset, chatting with the lobster trappers, and talking with a fellow Sony shooter I made my way back along the cliffs. The light had faded, but the tide was still low. So I setup the gear one more time and took a few photos of the smooth rocks at the base of the cliffs.

Technical details:
- Sony A7R w/ FE 24-70mm F/4 ZA OSS
- f/8 @ 29mm, 20 sec, ISO 100
- Processed in Lightroom an ON1 Photo
