Day 5 of 31, Penasquitos Canyon Trail

San Diego isn't all beaches. Penasquitos Canyon stretches just shy of 7 miles through the middle of San Diego. It's a great place for a day hike for the family. With a mild grade, it's great even if you aren't an ardent hiker.
