La Jolla Sunrise
I arrived in La Jolla a full hour before sunrise. I signed, a little disappointed. The sky was perfectly clear, the stars visible. Mentally shifting gears, the tide was coming in, which always makes for soft swirling patterns in the water.
As the sun began to rise, so did a layer of soft, wispy clouds. Just enough to catch and reflect the pinks and oranges. Now I had the best of both worlds.
