Show Notes
Welcome to The Stop Down Photography Podcast! My goal with this podcast is to slow down, think about photography more deeply, and explore why we create the images we do. Ok ... that sounds deep and heavy ... but I think you're going to enjoy it.
In this first episode, I share my background with photography and what has led me to create this podcast. My photography origins probably sound familiar - I picked up a camera for the simple enjoyment of taking photos and seeing the world a little differently. My relationship with photography has changed over the years. So has the time I spend with the camera. I produce a lot more content with my camera now - blogs, videos, books - and that can sometimes overshadow the simple pleasure of capturing photos.
My goal with The Stop Down Photography Podcast is to slow down, take a beat, and think about photography. I hope you enjoy it!
