Show Notes
For many of us, photography is a solo endeavor. Camera work happens alone. Editing happens alone. Research and learning happen alone. That can lead to a creative rut … and every photographer hits a rut from time to time.
When I’m in a creative rut, I often don’t even want to pick up the camera. A total lack of inspiration can set in. One of the ways I wriggle out of my own creative ruts is to find someone that isn’t in a rut and go make photographs with them. I can harness another’s energy and passion for photography to help rekindle my own.
