Water Colors

6 weeks... Wow! Before capturing the photo above, that's how long it had been since I'd set foot on the San Diego shores. Granted, more than half of that time was due to extensive travel - which was awesome... and the blog is full of the pictures. Yet, it still took me over 2 weeks to get my bones back out there.

And it was a great outing! The photo above is from 2 evenings ago. I usually let the images sit on the computer for a "cooling off" period. But not this time! Although I have been enjoying processing my photos from Asia, I think I was suffering from San Diego Seascape Withdrawal. I'm pretty sure that's a condition...

I also took a bunch of video, too. Watch for this outing in an upcoming In The Field video. I think the theme will be staying motivated to get outside with your camera. I used a little mental trick to get me "over the hump" and out for this shoot. No spoilers... stay tuned for the video.
